POACHING EGGS

Poaching eggs is a fast healthy way to prepare breakfast. My favorite way to eat them is in a not so healthy Eggs Benedict. However, the serving suggestion in this video is good for you and delicious. Use a shallow saucepan filled with water and a tablespoon of vinegar. The key is to keep the water at a mild simmer. Rapid boiling will tear apart the eggs.

Tasty and perfectly poached eggs are just moments away! All you need are eggs, shallow saucepan, enough water to cover the eggs, a tablespoon of vinegar and a low simmer. Serve over a warm black bean tomato salad, avocado and toast. visit www.thebellhousebakery.com for more recipes!

MARSHMALLOW FROSTING

1 1/2 minute video for making marshmallow frosting. This frosting is best used the same day you make it. After time goes by, the marshmallow breaks down and loses its silky texture. The video features a S'mores cupcake but this frosting will pair nicely with any flavor cake.
